 Art on Ice 2008 with Olympic champion Shizuka Arakawa  In 2008, too, Art on Ice will be presenting stars from the international figure-skating scene, led by the Olympic champion Shizuka Arakawa, the Swiss darlings of the ice,  Stéphane Lambiel and Sarah Meier. Although just 22 years old, Lambiel, who comes from canton Valais, has already walked off with a number of top titles, including World Champion in 2005 in Moscow and in 2006 in Calgary, Silver medallist at the 2006 Olympics in Turin, and winner of bronze at the 2007 World Championships in Tokyo. Twenty-three year old Sarah Meier, who was born in Bülach, canton Taking part in Art on Ice for the first time is the Canadian Kurt Browning, aged 41. Browning is four-time World Champion (1989, 1990, 1991, 1993) and took part in the Olympic Games in 1988, 1992 and 1994. In 1988, he was the first skater ever to land a perfect quadruple jump (quadruple toeloop) in a competition.
