ISU Skating Awards
“And the Award goes to…”
In addition to four music acts that will entertain the audience with their hits, Art on Ice was able to attract the world’s best skaters for the new show. We are proud to announce again world champions and Olympic champions. The top-class lineup is what makes Art on Ice stand out. Art on Ice is also a quality brand internationally. It is no surprise that the ISU Skating Awards will be presented within the event. The ISU and Art on Ice combine their expertise and their great passion for figure skating through this collaboration.
The presentation of the ISU Skating Awards will take place as part of the show on Sunday, February 5, starting at 1 pm.
List of Nominees
The nominees have been selected by public voting. The shortlisted Skaters, Coaches, Choreographers will be competing across six Award Categories as described below:
- Most Valuable Skater: Nathan Chen (USA), Gabriella Papadakis & Guillaume Cizeron (FRA), Anna Shcherbakova (RUS)
- Best Costume: Madison Chock & Evan Bates (USA), Yuzuru Hanyu (JPN), Loena Hendrickx (BEL)
- Most Entertaining Program: Donovan Carrillo (MEX), Gabriella Papadakis & Guillaume Cizeron (FRA), Yuzuru Hanyu (JPN)
- Best Newcomer: Isabeau, Levito (USA), Niina Petrokina (EST), Rinka Watanabe (JPN)
- Best Choreographer: Benoit Richaud, Marie-France Dubreuil, Shae-Lynn Bourne
- Best Coach: Patrice Lauzon, Rafael Arutyunyan, Stéphane Lambiel
