Remo Forrer
The Swiss ESC star
Remo Forrer took the audience by storm with his powerful voice. Three years ago, he seized the opportunity to take part in “The Voice of Switzerland”. All the judges were fighting over him even at the blind audition stage, and Remo Forrer ultimately came out the winner as part of the team of Pegasus frontman Noah Veraguth. In May 2023, Forrer represented Switzerland at the Eurovision Song Contest in Liverpool, attracting national and international attention. His song “Watergun” not only hit number 2 in the Swiss charts but is also one of the most streamed songs worldwide.
Remo Forrer’s passion for music started in his childhood as he was lucky enough to grow up in a musical family. Influenced by inspiring artists such as Lewis Capaldi, Ed Sheeran and James Arthur, Remo Forrer developed a preference for melodious pop music that perfectly suits his powerful yet sensitive voice.
After the massive success of “Watergun”, which was played all summer long, Forrer feels now is the right time to embark on a new chapter. Numerous new songs should be issued in the coming months and the 22-year-old will charm the Art on Ice audience with his impressive stage presence and charismatic voice in February 2024.
